They will become available for download from the Playstation Store once the lineup launches on PS Plus. Playstation also says that if you have previously purchased any of the PS1 or PSP games on the Playstation store you will be able to download them to your PS4 or PS5 without needing to buy them again or sign up for PS Plus. For PS1 and PSP games, there will be a new user interface to launch these titles, allowing you to use save states and even rewind the games.
